but I've actually found a wonderful builder. And he really does work those full days. I've been impressed with his workmanship. No, not the guy that built our house, sorry to say; but the guy that built our boathouse and redid our dock. Met him through the architect that designed the boathouse. I understand that after he builds our parking thingie, that he'll be starting on my neighbor's new house.
I don't think he does handyman type stuff though.

Agree it's hard to find a good handyman. I had one in VA and I felt like I was dreaming. He worked at my house for 3 weeks every day, and in the course of selling my house there, actually kept a key and checked on things while it was on the market.
