I will write more slowly so that you will understand - my toys are NOT banned, I will however grace your slough with an example of a plowing boat producing large destructive wake and loud music just to show you how this law is a farce. I am also inviting all of my beer drinking friends - since I do not have a head on the boat, we will all have to use the fishes toilet. You guys come on down to the pier for the show.

Please tell me how you will benefit from the law - I am still waiting for a valid reason to justify the ban.
