This Braves prognostication thing is a problem for me. For the last 3 or 4 seasons I have been 1 of those that thought there was no way they would continue to compete as they continued to cut payroll. However, this year, I am full of optimism for some reason. This feeling will most assuredly put an end to their streak. Although I have a great respect for what they have accomplished, I just can't get to excited about any pro sports anymore. I consider myself to be the epitome of the "bandwagon fan" when it comes to the pros. If Atlanta teams are doing well, I will follow them. Otherwise, who cares? They will never again compete for my entertainment dollar. It's a shame really, I grew up a huge pro sports fan but, what the he!!, more time for lake activities.
