Cat boat, you were the first person to mention smaller high speed boats to circumvent the proposed law. My point is that you appear to be using that as a possible threat that people will just circumvent the law--maybe, but it's hard to circumvent the size portion of the law. You made a special point to mention it in the Daily Home article.

My point is if people do 'buy smaller and faster', then they only invite further restrictions. I agree with a speed limit on everyone; what speed would you suggest and how to inforce?
