Just to clarify, I am not in any way saying Obama is a hero as all that credit goes to the captain of the ship and the SEALs that did a spectacular job. What is most interesting to watch is the way the media is going overboard in giving Obama credit. It is a sad comment on our collective expectations of the guy. If McCain had been elected or W were still there all we would have said was, "How come it took so long?" Unfortunately for America we have a guy in the Oval Office that has such low expectations about these kinds of issues that he gets way more credit than is due. Simply put, I am happy that he gave them the go ahead to do the right thing and for that alone he deserves credit.

As for the crack about Rush and Hannity you are exactly wrong. What harms Republicans more was the profligate spending over the last 8-10 years and RINO's like Specter, Snowe and Collins. At least Rush and Hannity remain true to conservative principals, something we can't say for a good many Republican politicians. Having said that, they are still a da** sight better than any Democrat.
