I don't think the issue has to do with who can and can't come to the Lake. I believe the issue involves campers. It appears some (I suspect just a few) are camping on private property. I doubt there would be much said or any objections except for the abuse of their illegal activities.

Please remember there is camping available at Wind Creek State Park. I do not know if it is over packed with guest; therefore leaving no place for people to enjoy the Lake or not. I am sure Wind Creek manages the property and keeps it nice and sanitary. Is it over filled? Is it difficult to obtain a camping spot?

There just happens to be ALPCO property adjacent to my place. Thank goodness it is not used for camping or does it appear to be abused. There are others on the Forum who have complained in the past of camper abuse to adjacent property to their Lake Homes.

I ask you - where do we draw the line? I want everyone to have a good time and enjoy the Lake. On the other hand, I do not want our piece of paradise abused by the few.

It is a valid issue to discuss.
