I live on Shady Point and a few years back we continued to notice a small boat going onto land and staying over night. One day while out boating I went over and looked and it was incredible how much trash he had just tossed all over the area. One day I noticed him leaving faster than normal and there was smoke coming up so, I went over and the land was on fire... I had a 5 gallon bucket with me and put everything out, took his tarp down and used it to hold all his trash and I left.. A few days later the fire started back up and caught a tree on fire.. I put it out.. I few days later it caught fire again.. (meanwhile he never came back) ... I called the fire department and they had to go down sturdivant and cross the little bridge and over.. It was to far to get a firetruck down so they used backpacks with water to put it out..

  I just wish he would come back again this year...
