Well, I didn't come from Atlanta Spot Remover, but the rest of your statement comes close to nailing me. I worked hard for a lot of years, saved my money and bought property on the Lake. I now live here full time.

Oh yes, I did a little camping in my life. The U.S. Army made sure I got plenty of camping experience. How about at least a year of it sleeping on the ground in Nam. This is not to mention all the other field exercises and training. How about the dead of Winter in Germany on a REFORGER exercise or in Kansas while serving with the Big Red One. I hope to never have to sleep in a tent or on the ground ever again.

So, I see you must be one of those who believes what belongs to me or others also belongs to you. You don't see a problem with squatting on private property. ???

Sorry to inform you Spot, times have and are changing. The world is changing whether it is for the better or the worse. I used to carry a pocket knife to elemetary school. I don't think you will find this today in a lot of High Schools. I do think things have changed significantly since 1926 or 1929 as you mentioned on the Lake. Your way of thinking is lost in a time warp.

Who has the rights? Is it the property owner or the free loader? I keep asking the question and have not received an answer. Is Wind Creek Park as crowded as you seem to indicate? I don't know since I no longer pitch tents. I believe public parks are now the compromise to allow non-property owner's the right to share the same experiences as those who have shelled out a significant part of their life's work to become a property owner.

I have trouble understanding your distain for our hard earned rights. I remember hearing a police officer asking a car theif why he stole a nice Nissan 300ZX. The thiefs answer was I didn't have the money for one, and I deserved to have one. So, please explain to me why those without have the same rights as those who have sacrificed and earned what they own.
