the air and the water belong to everybody, more or less.

land belongs to the person in whom title is vested.

the proper governing authorities should determine who can come to the lake.

the property owners should determine who uses their property. the property owners however have an obligation to the rest of the community to make sure that they do not permit their property to become a nuisance to nearby property owners or the community at large.

I believe that it is improper use of ones property to permit others to make a filthy mess through littering crapping in the woods, pissing in the lake and setting campfires that stink and get out of control.

having said that there is a place for this type of behavior. WINDCREEK STATE PARK. problem is many of these filth mongers can't stand to be around their own kind.
