As far as the property damage - Mrs. Summer says that the only question on the vessel license exam should be "Are you responsible for damage caused by your wake?". She thinks it is that the boaters are inconsiderate, I wonder if they are just too stupid. I do not see why you plow your boat in circles in a protected slough - seems like it would be more fun out in the larger areas of the lake that are already agitated. I guess it is just more of the "me" problem we have in this country.
