and I never get full answers that make much sense. Many other lakes in the country don't have to go down 10 feet, but we keep doing so at Martin. Also, I've never heard why 5 feet is not enough? Is there real data to suggest that flood control can't be managed at a drop to 5 feet? Heck the Lake is full in mid April and typically we get a lot of rain in April and May. They seem to manage flood control quite well at full pool.

Im not down on APCO in general, but the 10 foot thing makes no sense whatsover.
