I agree that with the forecasting and satellite imagery available today that a 5ft drown down would probably be sufficient. But NONE of us have the data that APCO and more importantly The Corps and FERC. I have never seen where APCO is opposed to a 5ft rule but I have also never seen where they are for it either. As I have stated many times, I will not try to second guess them. It is their job to analyze and study the trends, and they look at it from a statewide perspective.
