yes, this has been the most extreme of droughts, but if the Lake were let down 5 feet in winter vs. 10 feet, we'd have 5 feet more water now, which is very significant. It troubles me that APCO does not work hard to get permisson to reduce lake levels less during the winter. The flood control arguement does not add up.
