I need to know if there is another TV service available to give Charter some competption. I am being billed for the Auburn-Ball State game and several movies that I could not tune in. I called the 800 number to complain and was told to call the local office, but they could not give me the phone number. She said the next time I was over to drop in. Now I get a cancellation notice. My feeling is to tell them to stick it where the sun doesn't shine. Is Direct TV or Dish any better? I have had service people come out and assure me I can get service but it just won't work.
