It did not seem to faze the woman in Ohio(?) that she did not have a phone number to reach her Alex City office. I tried to explain to her that you just can't call them and explain the problem. They know what the problem is and make no effort to solve it. I think they like not having any contact with their customer base other than collecting the payments. I have had the problem with pay per view ball games for two years now. The main reason I have a TV at the lake is for football games and Braves baseball. I hate to cut my nose off to spite my face, but I hate for somebody to get over on me because I have no recourse, I may vert well pay them a visit with the box in hand. I dang well won't pay for something I did not get.
