My Charter bill went up $20+ this month... now $114 with internet and movie package..... I got fed up and took some time to drive to Alex City and turn the darn box in and was informed that they could give me the same deal for $89 a month. They just weren't going to tell me unless I walked in there! What a scam. Also- If you cancel, you must hand delliver your box and you will be billed everyday until you do. I also thought it hilarious that my latest bill had a couple of rebates/refunds on it..... .57 cents and .42 cents! WOW.... thanks. I wonder how many people just let the increase roll by and continue to pay their bill... this is what Charter hopes for so that the CEO can make his Lamborghini payment.

There is NO phone number available to contact Alex City Cust Service direct....

They say analog TV will be gone in a year or two as well.... this stuff needs to be regulated! They got us right where they want us.
