Actually, I have spoken recently with folks at APCO and Southern Company. I believe they do care and are looking for solutions. They are not using the lake right now for any power generation, other than the releases they are required to make to comply with COE requirements. They are looking into trying to alter the COE downstream water requirements for the future. Also keep in mind several southern company and APCO execs have places on the Lake and you'd better believe hey care about the lake level. The Southern Company folks have told me so.
