No Stuntman, I reckon I'm pretty much on the money here. Its been my experience that people who sue over things as frivilous as this are either frustrated that nobody gives their personal opinions the weight they feel they deserve, or are after a fast buck. Since you insist it wasn't about the money, I would place my bets on frustrated arrogance. I am willing to hazard a guess you have probably sued other people in the past when you didn't get your way. The word "petty" comes to mind, but I won't explore that.

As far as your noble effort to restore the quality of life in the slough to its pristine pre-kereoke state, get real. "Chuck's" is a public marina. Anyone who can differentiate between a jib and a gas pump knows with a marina comes traffic, noise and general confusion. A few hours of kereoke is a virtual nonevent against that backdrop.

So what were you thinking when you bought a place down the cove from Chuck's? Did you really assume once you got moved in you could set the man's business hours and dictate what specific services he offered?
You remind me of the guy who buys a house next to a busy airport and then complains when he hears a plane landing.

So what's next Stuntman? Are you gonna sue all your neighbors who have purchased noisy jet skis since you moved in? What about your neighbor who put the red roof on his house? That OK with y'all or is it not in keeping with your personal perception of the way a lake house should look? And please tell me its still OK for plump gals to wear their thongs in your slough without violating your perception of what a proper lake view includes! More importantly, as I pass by your dock am I free to laugh out loud at y'all without fear of legal action?
