Rights? Lets review:

You call for curtailment of people's rights to listen to certain music on the water. This same Rap music is broadcasted every waking hour over the public airwaves and is available to any citizen who can peep over the counter on tip-toes with a $20 bill. Its not very good music, but its not porn.

You rant about standards, but you fail to mention what you really want us to adopt are "your standards".

You demand parameters without letting slip what you are really after is the universal adoption of "your parameters".

And you sue a man who is acting within the law to earn an honest living on a public lake at a commercial site that was there before you moved in. Why? Because you don't like what he is selling and to whom. And you couldn't stop him by any other means. Well, you didn't stop him did you?

That said, you put words in my mouth when you say I believe the area represents "quality standard of lake life". Its far from perfect. And I do not disagree that things will get worse on this lake. I have seen it happen elsewhere. I don't want to see it happen here either.

But hey, if we are going to act, let's adopt my parameters. Let me set the standards. Appoint me guarian of the gate. I'll decide what music shall and shall not be played and by whom. And I tell you what. You won't like it. Because my ideas of what's proper on the lake are much more Draconian than yours.... Y'all are saved from the likes of me simply because I realize I don't have a right to impose my views on you.

And that's the difference between us.
