There may not have been two nights of kereoke each week in the summer season three years ago, but even you have to admit the folly of buying a place on a lake near a public marina. Even without kereoke a public marina by its very nature has to be the busiest, loudest place on any lake. So I am sure the slough was not the pristine wilderness you choose to remember it being before Gregg came along. The only loons on the water back then would have been anyone who expected a marina to be a quiet, unassuming neighbor. Or the ones who figured they had the right to set the man's hours and dictate what services he offered.

There is another key point you seem to be missing here. You assume the folks who support Gregg are limited to people who participate in his kereoke. Like most of your neighbors who choose not to participate in the random frivilous lawsuit, I am not a kereoke regular either. So if you get your jollies laughing at videos of people singing off key on a warm summer night, you aren't laughing at me. I'm the one standing down on his dock Saturday night shaking his head at you in disgust.

Finally, you assume I have not been around the lake as long as you and do not know as much about the suit as you do. Perhaps so, but perhaps not. Regardless you do seem to make a lot of assumptions.
